  • Supervisor Advanced +

    Supervisor Advanced is a versatile and easy to use PC program which will allow the user to account for all fuel dispensed from the pumps. This program processes the fuelling data downloaded from the fuel controller to provide accurate reports for all the vehicles in your fleet. As an advanced version of Supervisor, Supervisor SA may be supplied as an upgrade to Supervisor, or as an original program.

  • Data Transfer +

    Fuelling information is transferred via a data line, telecom line, GSM link or data transfer key. It enables the user to collect fuel data as often as required.

  • Fuel Card Imports +

    If you use Fuel Agency cards, we can supply an extra Supervisor module so this data can be automatically added to fuel reports. Your Fuel Agency will send you a weekly or monthly file for this purpose, and Supervisor is easy to load and configure.

  • Reports +

    Supervisor provide the user with a choice of fuel reports featuring cost, MPG and audit data for individual and groups of vehicles for any period required. For audit purposes, users can also print a history of all the activities associated with managing fuel tanks. This can be of particular value for those needed to charge fuel to cost centres or to compare the MPG performance of similar vehicles.

  • Carbon Emission Reporting +

    Supervisor Advanced has been specifically designed to help businesses improve their carbon footprint. The software will calculate and report the CO2 emissions each time a vehicle is fuelled. These reports can then be used to compare emissions and MPG performance of each vehicle, a significant step in reducing your carbon footprint.

  • Bio Diesel Reporting +

    To compliment our BIO Diesel Mixer, Supervisor Advanced will report on the percentage of BIO Diesel used in every vehicle to give total control over BIO fuel usage.

  • Exports +

    The fuel data can be exported into a choice of formats including CSV and plain ASC||, for use in Excel, Access, Lotus, D Base, Roadbase, Mandata, Tranman, NORSYS, or other software package.

  • Training +

    Training is straight forward and is usually provided at the time of commissioning. An operation manual is included to ensure that user's get the best possible results from the Supervisor program.

  • Minimum Software Requirements +

    Supervisor will require a minimum of Windows XP, 7 or 8. The PC will need a least one spare serial or USB port. A printer of at least 300dpi is required. When connecting to the fuel controller via telecom or radio modem, a PC modem, connected to an analogue phone line will be required.
